My consents

For you who are taking the training to be able to get a certificate that shows you have passed the course, Energiföretagen Sverige – Swedenergy AB (hereinafter referred to as Energiföretagen) needs to be able to access and process your personal data.

Energiföretagen’s reason and purpose for processing your personal data is, among other things, to be able to produce certificate to you, send information regarding updates in regulations and your credentials in the certificate registry.

Energiföretagen will make you and your skills searchable on wattityd.energiforetagen.se. This you also need to consent to. This means, for example, that an employer can check that you have the right and relevant knowledge by searching for your social security number or date of birth and name. 

Third parties who will receive your personal data are the training provider, the card manufacturer of certificates, supplier for mailing via mail / SMS and the software development company.

The personal data Energiföretagen collects and saves about you is as follows.
First and last name, telephone number, social security number, postal address, e-mail address, company, date of birth, as well as which courses you are qualified in and for how long.

Your consent is valid as long as your eligibility for the current training is valid and two year after this date. You can revoke your consent at any time by contacting Energiföretagen at dataskydd@energiforetagen.se.
